Summary: We keep returning to this hotel and have stayed many times. Very central to hospitals and shopping centres We love the Restaurant. Nice view over the bush Nice gardens and pool. Friendly staff Bit of road noise this visit only reason to mark it 4⭐️

Summary: Service was great, amenities were good although the shower didn't drain well so I was standing in a flooded floor while showering. Other than that everything was great.

Summary: Had an enjoyable stay here for two nights with three children. Good location and the food was excellent for room service and at the restaurant.

Summary: We have stayed at this Hotel several times and decided to stop for two nights at the end of a trip to Fiji for our Wedding anniversary. We usually stay in the king room with a balcony but decided on a King deluxe room with a nice view of the bush. We booked in and were given the keys to a “cupboard “ on the fourth floor. It was extremely hot and stuffy with no view and a Queen bed. I rang reception and said we would not stay in that room and was told they were booked out. I insisted we would not stay in that room and then the man who booked us in came up with room 220 which was certainly an improvement. Very disappointed and will think twice about staying at our “favourite “ Newcastle hotel again. We have always been treated well in the past but felt disappointed.

Summary: Brilliant hotel, with spacious rooms great for families, pool facilities, buffet breakfast, room service, free onsite parking, walkable to shops, restaurants, cinemas & a McDonald’s within 1km. We always enjoy our stay here.
